Well, where do we start when giving you a guide on the beautiful La Duquesa and Casares La Duquesa and it’s very traditional Marina, Puerto de La Duquesa? A gem on the Costa del Sol, it really is the most unspoilt Marina on the entire coast and doesn't hold the "over the top" reputation like its other fellow Marinas, such as Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Cabopino and Estepona. Duquesa Marina is heading to the top of the Marina charts as we type!

With blue flag beaches either side of the Marina and many fabulous restaurants, wine bars and beach “chiringitos” to choose from, it is hard to see why you would holiday anywhere else. But on top of this, La Duquesa is a great all round destination, with the town of Sabinillas just a few minutes walk away; it’s within a few minutes buggy ride to some of the best golf courses on the entire Costa del Sol, including the Finca Cortesin, Dona Julia, Valle Romano and the world famous Valderrama in Sotogrande, making it an ideal location for golfers.

The town of Estepona is an 8 minute car journey away, where you will find the traditional old town, yet another Marina and masses of cafes, bars, restaurants and general amenities. But the absolute cherry on the top of the cake in this area is by far Casares village, just 10 minutes drive up the mountain. The modern Marina of Sotogrande is also around 5 minutes drive away, where you will find even more restaurants and world class sports facilities.
